Your tasks

  • Responsible management of the office in Marietta/Atlanta with disciplinary responsibility for 20 employees.
  • Joint responsibility for P&L management, budget planning, and financial performance of Siempelkamp LP
  • Continuous monitoring of annual budgets and achievement of sales and revenue targets
  • Translation of global strategic objectives into sustainable North American market strategies
  • Expansion of sales across the entire Siempelkamp product and service portfolio, including development of new markets and customers
  • Close collaboration with the Service Manager and service teams, supporting all commercial aspects of spare parts, modernization, and retrofit quotations
  • Close cooperation with the VP Finance, particularly on intercompany commercial and financial matters
  • Introduction and market launch of new service programs, retrofit solutions, and after-sales initiatives
  • Coordination with multiple international Siempelkamp entities across departments and management levels
  • Representation of the Siempelkamp Group towards customers, business partners, authorities, and key stakeholders throughout North America
  • Building trusted relationships with customer decision-makers at executive level

Your qualifications

Your qualifications

  • At least five years of relevant experience in an internationally operating industrial company (preferably in the field of mechanical and plant engineering) in the area of service business and order-related project management
  • Degree in Engineering or Commercial MBA or a comparable qualification
  • Aability and willingness to acquire the technical knowhow, needed to present and discuss the Company’s product portfolio
  • Highly analytical and motivated to achieve the targets with us
  • You are a leader with a team and “we” mentality and enjoy working in a high-performance environment. With your hands-on mentality and your pragmatism, you quickly win others to share your ideas
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication and negotiation skills to convince potential customers. You are able to communicate on the decision-makers level
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a good addition
